Holster recommendations

I need a OWB concealable holster with some level of retention. Glock 19 with red dot and light.

Yes I realize AIWB is king but work requires otherwise. Give me some options please

Buying a house in TN and first time using this broker. Just wanted to be sure there's nothing hidden in here that's going to screw me later

Looking for some quality boots for work, hiking, lifestyle, etc

I would like some suggestions from the experts on the Internet.

I liked my altra running boots but they're all pretty much gortex lined and aren't that great in the heat. Altra was awesome for the wide toe box.

I'm moving to the mountains where there will actually be winter.

If y'all could make some recommendations that would be fantastic. I was looking into lems but want some more options.

Edit: budget under $500 per pair

Need some help with a situation involving Homelite.

I currently have an accepted offer on a home in another state. My current home is listed for sale, but I’ve had minimal showing activity and no offers so far.

When we first discussed this situation, the brother indicated that it would not be an issue since I have sufficient savings to cover both mortgages for approximately a year, along with stable income.

More recently, the broker mentioned a potential bridge loan option through a company called “Homelite,” where they would step in and purchase my current home so I’m no longer responsible for that mortgage.

I want to make sure I fully understand how this works. My concern is whether this arrangement effectively involves selling the home at a discounted price and potentially taking on additional financial obligations.

For context:

Current mortgage balance: ~$390,000

Accepted offer on new home: $620,000

VA loan eligibility remains within limits for the new area

I currently have an offer accepted on a house in another state. My current home is also listed but I've had very little luck getting people to view it and I've got no offers.

My broker originally said it wasn't an issue because I've got enough in savings to cover the two mortgages for about a year and a decent job.

Now the broker is bringing up what I believe to be is a bridge loan through "homelite" where that company will come in and "buy my house so I'm off the hook". Which sounds like a weird way of saying they're going to F*** me hard with a low-ball.

Am I understanding this correctly? Has anyone used this company before?
