Has anyone experienced a loud knocking noise coming from the hood (see video)? It happens both while driving and when the car is stationary, and it goes away when the car is turned off or locked.

Could this be related to the heat pump? It usually occurs when the temperature changes (getting warmer or colder during the same drive).

Polestar support suggested visiting a service center, but the issue is that the sound appears randomly—only once or twice a week. However, it’s loud and annoying. While sitting inside, you can feel it, as it seems to jolt something.
