hi everybody

so something is haunting me lately: I’m abstained from Porn and Masturbation for months. I rarely get sexual thoughts and overall I don’t identify as this kind of person that masturbates and watches porn.

that being said, very often like every 2/3 days I get hard wet dreams.

in these dreams I see myself masturbating and whatever even though I really don’t want to connect with this personality anymore!

Every time im really happy when I eventually wake up and realise it wasn’t real and u haven’t relapsed.

But this really hangs on me and makes me think my old self still is in me and wants me down if you understand what I mean…

So if anybody has some advice for this I would really be grateful.
