Used PC for 2900USD

Total noob since my PC is really old, 2070. 16gb ram

Was looking for some used PCs and found it. But i have no idea what kind of tests could i run before buying it. Seller told me they use furmark 4k to show the GPU is good and are open to run any kind of tests I request. According to them, it was never overclocked. I used GPT to ask what kind of tests could i request and if furmark is good enough. It told me for GPU is good if they run it for 5min, but it also recommend me to run tests for RAM. Thinking everything is good....

is the following spec worth the money?

Case: Alseye Star Ark

CPU: Ryzen 9 7900

GPU: RTX 4090 24GB

RAM: 32GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance SSD: 2TB

MOBA: ROG Strix B850-A Gaming

Cooler: Thermaltake Mini Cube 360

PSU: MSI 1000W 80+gold

Thanks for your time and comments.
