Hi all,

I recently cleared the technical round at Radisys and now have a techno-managerial round coming up in a couple of days.

I wanted to understand what this round usually involves. Is it heavily technical like the first round, or more focused on problem-solving, communication, and behavioral questions?

If anyone has interviewed at Radisys or gone through a similar techno-managerial round, I’d really appreciate your insights on the type of questions asked and how to prepare.
