Hey all, non-Coloradan here that flies in to Denver airport occasionally to visit family in Colorado Springs. I'll be there again in a few weeks and am looking for any recommendations for restaurants on the drive down to CS that have green chile that's not too spicy. I'm looking for the chunky stew style, not the sauce/topper style. If I'm calling it the wrong thing, I apologize.

Last time I was there I had some at Los Dos Potrillos in Castle Rock and it was amazing, except too spicy for my liking. Here's a picture of it for reference: https://i.vgy.me/gZjE8d.png

So if anyone has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it, preferably between the airport and Colo Springs (i.e. not W/NW side of Denver) and that's easy to get to and park (i.e. not downtown).

I was thinking about trying Savina's in Castle Rock, from what I've read they used to be La Loma, and everybody seems to recommend La Loma a lot in old posts here on Reddit.

Thanks all!

That's the company I'm strongly leaning towards going with for an 8x10 shed. Due to my situation I need something that can be built on-site (and no, I can't do it myself).

They have great reviews online and the prices seem reasonable, but I'm no expert in these things like you guys are, so what do you think about what you see on their website or in that time lapse video? Particularly I'm interested in what you think about the fact that they use tuff block footings instead of a proper slab/pad.

It will be going on a pad, but the pad is an old one made out of thick paver blocks (4" I believe).

Thanks for any advice guys!
