Hi,
I hired a tutor for my child to learn a foreign language. For years, I have been using zoom. There is a meeting ID and password they shared with us. My child uses their own account with Family Link.
Now when the enter the password on their own account I get "reCAPTCH verification failed on Chromebook" after a spinner tries for a while and gives up.
Things I have tried:
- Updating chrome software
- Rebooting
- Clearing all browsing history
- Web site version and Zoom Workplace Version
- Removing all extensions
- Adding exceptions in the FamilyLink app for my child for *.recaptcha.net and *.zoom.com and *.zoom.us
I do note that my child cannot have a zoom because of her age -- but maybe doing so would bypass the reCaptcha check? Not sure. I don't like polluting her google account data with false information.
