Hi All - picked this up at an Estate sale this AM for $80. Mechanics work fine and the lady running the sale played it las night while setting up and said it worked great. Currently have a Technics SL DD33 and this 1900 will be a nice step up for me.

I want a tech to check it out, clean it up, do any maintenance / repairs needed, test it, etc. Who do you trust in Houston who knows these older turntables? Any idea how much it would cost me?

The cartridge / stylus looks original and in good shape from what I can tell. If I need to replace it what will work well? I will run this turntable on a Denon AVR S760H with KEF meta Concerto speakers.

Anything else I should be aware of?
