Hello!
I just signed up for Pomegranate, first time ordering and first time using any Glp1.
I placed my order from BPI on 4/28, got my "your order is in!" email on 4/30 and the same day got the "your order has shipped!" email. Date of delivery was supposed to be today, 5/2. Everything seemed OK, got an early morning notification that it had made it to the UPS hub in CA, about 1.5hrs from my house. I was super excited! And then around 9am I got an error message saying my package had a "sortation delay" and was now scanned in Springdale, AR!
Of course I googled what that meant because in all my years of ordering online ive never received this message, and it said it just got sorted onto the wrong truck. ok, fine. But now im wondering how long its going to take to come back here? Of course I saw a bunch of horror stories of this happening to others. Their packages showing up weeks or months later. Showing up damaged. Or not showing up at all. UPS website says to wait at least 48hrs and if tracking does not update then I can escalate.
I mostly just want to hear if someone else has gone through the same thing and if it turned out ok?! How long did it take to actually get your package after this message? I was so happy with the turn around time, especially with the recent BPI shut down. And now im nervous it wont come at all lol 😩😅
