Poor Man’s Dual Boiler
I’ve had my Gaggia for a couple years now and honestly have zero complaints. I usually make a few milk drinks a day for myself and the rest of the household, but steaming milk was definitely becoming the biggest bottleneck with the single boiler setup.
Saw a Bambino Plus on Marketplace for a great deal and figured it was a much cheaper way to improve workflow instead of jumping straight to a dual boiler. So far it’s been doing exactly what I wanted it to do.
I’ve also had the DF54 for about two years and recently picked up a 064s to compare and see if the difference is really noticeable.
Honestly, I think this setup is probably my endgame for a while — at least until I fully go down the Gaggiuino/GaggiMate rabbit hole.
