Need major hair help!!!

All of these pictures are within a few hours of washing, some are different days.

My hair is:

Fine, thin

Very damaged

Greasy, quickly, easily ( can be greasy out of shower or within a few hours)

Ends are crap

Low porosity I believe

I trim every 6 weeks( I don't want to go any shorter than it is, it's already getting shorter than I'd like)

Sleep on silk pillowcase

Shampoo scalp only( 2-3 times)

Rinse foreverrrrrrrrrr

Conditioner ends only, when i squish Conditioner in, it suds up.

Leave in multi purpose spray ( has heat protectant)

Blowdry is only heat, seems like it takes awhile to get dry.

Clarifying shampoo Once a week

Moisture mask once a week

In the morning, it looks like I haven't washed my hair in weeks. It's so heavy feeling and uncomfortable so often.

One side is worse than other for thinness and greasiness.

Anything I've tried seems like it just sits on top of hair and doesn't penetrate hair( such as oils, serums, masks, treatments) , no, I'm not piling on products, I'm talking things I've tried over the past few years.

I've tried dozens of different shampoos, I give them a chance to start to " work".. I've tried with silicones, without silicones, with sulfates, without sulfates...

Ive talked to 4 different hair dressers, none have any idea what my hair needs, only suggestion I've gotten is to use shampoo only but I dont see how that will help the crap ends and all the damage.

I'm at a loss, I don't need thick, long hair... I just want clean, undamaged hair 😩 I'm tired of looking like i don't take care of it, when that's so far from the truth, I've researched for hours and hours.. any idea?? What it needs??
