Is 1.2k liquid calories really as effective as 1.2k cals from solid food?
I do not only eat 1.2k calories don’t worry, I know I need to aim for about 3k but since I’m just starting this journey it’s about consistently trying to get to 2k+ cals in general every day. But I get a lot of calories from meal replacement bars and protein shakes and I’m afraid that they might not actually mean as much for my body as solid food does.
