its been about a week since i started 5mg of brintellix and my brain is so quiet holy shit. for context ive been struggling with very bad anxiety that would often leave me with the worst brain fog and just aches everywhere. debilitating and i couldn sleep at all. I never knew my anxiety could give me so much physical symptoms until I went on this medication and now they're almost completely gone. I would always wake up with tension headaches from clenching my jaw so much. bad bad aches everywhere.

Just wanted to share this positive experience because asking for help is definitely worth it! I hope that we are all kind to ourselves moving forward :)
