Hey everybody. So the story goes it really didn’t look like that much water until it was up to the headlights of my 2002 Kia Spectra. No way out but through.

It kept running for about another 15 minutes till I got home. It kinda made a whining sound for not even a minute at one point and made a bad revving sound when I was accelerating at a light, but other than that she was fine.

This morning I tried to start it cause I was going to get a new engine air filter as mine was pretty damp, minimal water in the box though. Sounded like she wanted to but couldn’t, smoke coming out of the air filter box.

No clue what to do now.
