My Facebook account was deactivated due to a "possible" link to another profile that violates the platform's rules, which the platform never told me was the specific link, only that it exists. And it didn't even give me the option to appeal. The appeal could only be made to the offending Facebook account. I lost years of content and photos (I'd had Facebook since 2008). Today, 6 months later, my Instagram suffered the same fate, perhaps because it was linked to the deactivated Facebook account, but 6 months later, that doesn't make sense. And I removed any link between them, I even changed the email. In this case, with Instagram, I can appeal, but what can I say when the information I have is the same as I had about Facebook, which is zero?!
