Hi everyone, I'm a complete noob and I've been pulling my hair out over this. Please help a frustrated soul out.

The Problem:
Every time I launch Skyrim Special Edition (1.5.97), I get this red warning text on screen:

The game runs terribly with severe stuttering.

What I thought was wrong:
I honestly thought my laptop's RTX 4070 GPU was broken or dying. I panicked.

What I've already tried (stupid stuff, I know):

Reinstalled my NVIDIA driver (clean install using DDU, now on version 566.36)
Checked if NVIDIA ShadowPlay/overlay was on — I don't use any Nvidia recording stuff at all
The warning is still there, nothing changed

My setup:

Laptop GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop Edition
Game: Skyrim Special Edition 1.5.97
Mod Manager: Mod Organizer 2
I mainly use Community Shaders, no ENB
Driver version: 566.36 Game Ready (freshly installed)
OS: Windows 11 64-bit

My question:
I don't remember ever installing something called "RenderDoc". Is this a mod thing? Where do I even find it to turn it off? I've spent hours on this and feel like an idiot. Any kind soul willing to walk me through this step by step?
