I've attempted numerous times to do my gel. I've attempted to thin out my gel when preparing it, meaning I've done a 200ml gel, 100 ml gel and a 50ml gel. I added ethidium bromide as the gel stain, I've used a red DNA stain, and a purple DNA stain and nothing seems to be working. What can only be seen is the ladder. Does anyone have any advice?
