Live Wallpaper Picker Gone?
The Live wallpaper picker on Samsung has been removed on One UI 8.5. This made me research a bit, and I found a way to resolve this:
1: Install Google's Wallpaper App.
2: From there, select the Live Wallpaper option.
3: Then, select the downloaded wallpaper, and you're good to go.
