going to bed is one of the harder transitions for me and it’s so difficult for me to come up with a good routine for this. i know i shouldn’t go on my phone before bed but if i don’t have something interesting to do/watch before i go to sleep then i become anxious and start to overthink because im not doing anything to distract myself. i guess the main issue is not being able to turn my brain off. does anyone have any tips for this? i would love to know what works for autistic people in terms of bedtime routines
