I was gifted this watch by a family member, it is my first Seiko and my first automatic watch. A Recraft series or [SNKP27], I love the contrast of the gold over the dark green dial, and the leather strap adds a very classy-vintage vibe that I love. As I mentioned, this is my first automatic watch and I don't know how to wind it. I heard some comments about never trying to change the date with the hands between a certain hour. Seiko no longer adding the instructions booklets in the box also doesn't help.

This might be stupid, but any heads up/pointers on how to set up the date and properly wind the watch?
