Under points to be notes the 1st rule says that the even number rule applies only when digit dropped is exactly 5 and how even 8.651 is also rounded off to 8.7

so similarly 7.654 should be rounded to 7.7 as 7.654 is visibly closer to 7.7 than 7.6 (Basic common sense)

You can find countless examples of muslims trying to sell their religion to woman by giving such examples of how Islam 'teaches' men to respect woman (Don't shake hand, Don't look at them, etc) You must have seen countless videos of such type too but they will never talk about the other side.
