My interpretation:
i need to stop overthinking it and get myself busy with other things I need to pay attention to. Page of cups advices letting out my whimsical self and getting creative to get into the energy of attraction.
Trust that I did everything needed to make it happen and the universe is in my favor, can expect to see results in around 2 weeks (i did some looking into the timings before this, too.)
Last row (10 of swords, 3 of swords, six of pentacles) tells me I'll meet him unexpectedly when im at a low point and when Im exhausted physically and emotionally (I am a mental health survivor and am currently struggling again, makes sense.) And he'll feel like a helping hand. Knight of pentacles tells me he will approach me, queen of cups - I'll feel it intuitively that he is the one i was looking for. The emperor confirms he'll be the man I need.
