Hey r/designmyroom — I’m stuck.

We’re doing a light refresh of our TV/living room. We previously had some faux built-in IKEA media console/shelves (you know the kind) which we decided were (1) kinda cheap looking and (2) too bulky for our small (11x14) living room.

We think the sectional should leave or be shrunk to a smaller size (it’s modular) but are kinda stuck on the right layout/furniture to have so we retain seating for our family (4), guests, and don’t over bulk the space again.

Any bright ideas?
