June 1 | Looking for Room / Sublet (NYC)
Hi! I’m Alex — moving back to NYC (lived here 2018–2023) and looking for a sublet/roommate situation starting June 1.
Ideally looking in Williamsburg, Bushwick, Greenpoint, or Lower Manhattan, but open if it makes sense.
What matters to me:
• Sublet contract/temporary rental agreement
• Private bathroom preferred, enough per bedroom.
• Budget is flexible and open to anything under 3k. Closer to 2 is amazing.
About me:
• Fashion industry professional in my late 20s
• Very clean — I like a space that feels more “boutique” than chaotic
• Friendly and social, but I keep things low-key at home. Will mostly be out of the house, and don’t really watch TV.
• Easy to live with, communicative, and respectful of boundaries- lived with my last roommate in NYC the entirety of my time there.
Excited to be coming back to the city, and uncertain of future living circumstances so really would like to find a place that I can call home temporarily whether it be 6months or a year, before I settle into a much more permanent situation on my own.
Happy to provide a letter from my previous landlord or pay several months in advance.
