Removed my permanent retainer and now teeth feel alittle loose

I’ve had a bottom permanent retainer on the back of my teeth for 15 years. Dentist recommended to have it removed and get a removable retainer because it’s healthier and easier to floss. Just removed it 2 days ago and now my bottom front teeth feel a tiny bit loose. Is this normal??

Ugh my baby just woke up with these bumps on his top lip.. only see 2 bumps so far. It wasn’t there yesterday. He is 15 month and never had skin issues before. He might’ve kissed his grandma on the cheek recently. Other than that, no kisses from anyone. My hubby and I only kiss him on the cheek. What could I be? What should I put on it?

I did catch him putting his shoe in his mouth yesterday..
