Is it normal for my 2 year old to want nothing to do with us when in-laws are around?

I’m with my son all morning until 3pm ( I work afternoons) my in-laws watch him 2x in the afternoons. The other two nights my husband has him. my son used to get sooooo excited to see me when I facetimed during work. Now he throws a fit. He slaps the phone, throws his toys and gets upset. He also gets upset when husband gets home from work. He also does this thing where he turns his head when I say goodbye him.

I know he’s a child and I shouldnt have my feelings hurt over this, but it makes me sad. Otherwise, when it’s just mom and dad he’s so happy! i just want my sweet boy back, this only happens when my in-laws are around any advice?

Told coworker what people were saying about her.

my co worker will ask me everyday when the other person leaves if that person talks about her. 99% of the time I tell her no. She will also ask me if I see the other co worker staring at her while she is sitting at her desk. co worker thinks she is trying to see if she is sleeping on the job. she usually will ask me this everytime I work with her. One day my manager came up to me and said other coworker is telling me that coworker is sleeping on the job but idk what to do because I don’t want anyone to lose their job.

well one day when co worker asked me the above questions, I replied by saying “be careful, because other coworker tells the manager everything so If i were you, I wouldn’t fall asleep on the job., idc if you do it around me but try not to in front of other coworker“ her response was ”who is telling the manager this?” my response was “well who do you think.”

Now coworker confronted other co worker and now im uncomfortable lol. am i wrong for this? let me also add that other coworker pissed me off that day so I was just pissed and said to be careful because of what i witnessed earlier.
