Tbh me and my partner is doing very well except the fact that he's buddist. Some might not understand but having someone very religious as ur partner when ur not that religious and have diff religion is pretty hard.
Eg. He can spend money on his religious stuff. But if i ask him he'll say "but its expensive, lets buy this (wayyyy cheaper alternative) instead"
He didn't say that cos he doesn't have his own hse yet. But if we get married he'll need to start buying his religious stuff.
Plus he needs to bow down to a god. I get jealous about it and we hv diff views on love. If i love someone I'll sacrifice everything for them and i wldnt lose myself. But for him its his boundary.
If only religion wasnt a thing. If anyone experienced the same please share. I should prob break up with him. If we get married I'll be sad for sure. He said next time if i want to eat beef I'll have to go outside and eat. But if anyone has advice pls tell me. I just can't seem to accept his religion.
Im rly sad as i love him a lot. But its prob better if i let go.
