I need this escalated to someone who can actually resolve it.
The Hooks feature has been completely missing from my main page for over 2 months, and I’ve already sent three emails with zero response. At this point, this is beyond a simple bug—it’s a paid feature that I do not have access to.
I’ve tested everything:
- Safari
- Chrome
- Mobile App
- Signed out/in
- Cleared cookies/cache
Nothing works. The feature is still missing everywhere.
What’s even more frustrating is that everyone else clearly has Hooks showing under Studio, but mine is just… gone (see image). So naturally, this feels like my account is being overlooked or misconfigured.
I’m currently on a paid Pro plan, which means I’m being charged for access to features I literally cannot use.
At this point, I need:
- This issue escalated to upper-level support or engineering
- A clear explanation of what’s wrong with my account
- Immediate restoration of the Hooks feature
- Compensation (credit or extension) for the time I’ve been paying without access
I’m not looking for troubleshooting steps—I’ve already done all of that. I need an actual fix.
Has anyone else experienced this, or am I seriously the only one?
