I sold a brand new watch and buyer decided to return it, got it returned but the watch was sized and I cannot sell it as new again. When reporting an issue with item returned it eBay only gives me the option to do a full refund, I’m I doing something wrong as I want to deduct a percentage of the total? Thanks in advance.
