Why does this happen?
I ordered groceries to be home by the time I got there. The person went through my fairly short list very quickly. All things are looking up. They even got to me quickly. Awesome.
The person called to understand where to go. No problem. I let them know exactly. What door. What code to use to get into the door. What floor. What apartment.
I got a picture of what looked like I would assume is my door. (Every apartment door is the same). Awesome timing. I get home, check, and no bag. I proceed to check my entire floor- nothing.
They disable the chat function with the shopper. They disable the ability to call them using the phone number they called me from. I have nothing to do but call the customer service phone number to just be transferred from one person to the next.
I just wanted to know where the order was. Just tell me and I’ll find it on whatever floor they left it on. Apparently they can’t locate the driver or get in touch with them? How?!
You have a service that directly involves people. How do you have no way to reach them? Why is their tip still something they get despite not actually delivering the order to me?
Just annoying.
