Using minoxidil 5% Finasteride 0.1% since 4 months.

Seems like no improvement in thickness,my hair is still too thin, no front improvement, but it seems like some improvement in the crown area.

Please suggest what I should do now?

I will continue this minoxidil f solution but should I need to add something to get more improvement should I need to change anything.

Suggest me what I should do to get the best results.
