The Abyss Twin's plan is doomed to fail. We were given a spoiler about this back in Sumeru's storyline.
So, as we know, in Teyvat there is such a thing as a descendant. This is "someone" who can change the fate of the world. Unlike the Traveler, our Twin is not a descendant.
The revival of an entire kingdom, especially in another territory (correct me if I'm wrong, but the Twin intended to do this in Natlan) cannot help but impact the entire world and all those who inhabit it. Is a non-descended capable of such a thing?
