Can I sue India Post for misdirecting my Speed Post parcel and claim compensation?

India Post wrongly offloaded my Speed Post parcel at Patna APTMO, sent it via surface instead of air, and misdirected it to Kolkata while tracking falsely showed Hyderabad PH for days. Parcel had important office belongings. Can I sue India Post or claim compensation for negligence, mental harassment, and travel expenses?

Can I go and pick up my parcel from the Hyderabad PH post office? Its very URGENT pls help

I forgot my office ID card, charger, and some other important stuff at home while coming back to Hyderabad. I asked my brother to send it via speed post, and the parcel reached *[Hyderabad PH]* on the morning of May 7th. Since then, there has been no update, so I'm wondering if any of you know this address and can guide me on whether I can pick up my parcel from there. The destination pincode is 500081 Cyberabad but the parcel is held at 500071, and I cannot wait as I am already using a temporary ID card for office entry. Tomorrow, they will charge me for a new ID card, so I am in a messy situation right now.

I'm a 27-year-old Process Analyst with 2.1 years of experience. My work mainly involves handling complex data, building dashboards, and automating reports.

Currently earning ₹4 LPA, and as the sole earning member of my family, I really need to grow financially. I'm trying to switch into Data Analyst / Business Analyst roles with a target of ₹7-8 LPA.

I've been:

Actively applying on Naukri & LinkedIn

Updating my profile regularly

Applying to 20-30 jobs daily

But I'm not getting any calls at all.

I've attached my resume, can you guys please review it and tell me:

What I might be doing wrong

Skills I should improve

Resume or strategy changes needed

Would really appreciate honest feedback

In coming months i have purchase GOLD worth 5-6 Lakhs.

Got an HDFC Bank credit card (Diners Black Metal) first year free, but ₹10,000 renewal fee unless I spend ₹8L. I’m not going to hit ₹8L.

Question: If I close the card before renewal date, will I 100% avoid the fee, or does HDFC still charge it somehow?

Also: How many days before anniversary is safe to close? Anyone successfully got fee reversed after it was charged? Attaching the official fee chart for reference. Would really appreciate real experiences 🙏
