I’m 3 months post 360 lipo op.

I’m getting really worried about the result.
I know it takes more than 3 months… but I need some reassurance or some advice

The past week or so I’ve felt SO bloated and that my stomach feels hard again.
I’ve also developed a shelf above my belly button 😞

Is the bloating, hardening and shelf still normal 3 months post op?
There’s also discoloration.

Btw I’m doing massages almost daily on this area.
Massage for 10 mins or so or at least until I feel the blood flowing.
I haven’t been to the gym since my operation but plan on starting finally this week.
