Has anyone else had the problem that while during sex, your ejaculate just flows out without climax? This happens to me when I'm with my wife. Once it happens, I can climax shortly afterwards, but it's less satisfying than it would be ordinarily. I was referred for pelvic floor therapy. It still happens, but I may not have been in therapy long enough. Just wondering if any other men have experienced this.
