I was diagnosed in 2023 with Hashimoto and i always wondered if Hashimoto has anything to do with this ? Everyone ask me "Why your voice sounds like this?" "Are you upset?" (They think im upset because my voice is low) . I always felt self conscious about this and i dont even answer calls because of this . I dont take treatment for Hashimoto because blood tests were always ok (especially TSH) so my doctors decided to not take medication .
