If I delete my alias , can someone pick me my deleted alias after 6-12 month?

Or It will be deleted forever ?

I'm using a paid account that gives me 15 email aliases. If I add all 15 aliases and then delete one, it will be 14/15. Will I then be able to add a new alias with a different name than the old one?
