Trying to prep for labor but feeling kinda lost… is a birthing ball worth it or nah?

Lately I’ve been feeling all the third trimester discomfort creeping in (pelvic pressure, lower back pain, the usual),and honestly, with my due date getting closer, I really want labor to go as smoothly as possible, so I figured it's time to actually start prepping, not just managing the pain. That's what got me looking into birthing balls recently.

Right now I’m stuck between BabyGo and Momcozy. They seem pretty similar overall, but Momcozy is a bit more expensive and comes with an app + guided programs. Tbh that’s the part I’m tempted by… I’m kinda lazy when it comes to routines lol, so having something structured I can just follow sounds nice. Feels like it might actually help me stay consistent and use the ball properly to get baby into a better position.

At the same time I’m also wondering if all that extra stuff actually makes a difference, or if a basic ball would do the same thing. Curious if anyone here has tried the Momcozy one and how it felt in real use.

Anyone found supplements that actually help with stress and low mood?

Lately I’ve been feeling pretty drained mentally. Not just tired, more like constant stress, lower motivation and feeling off for no clear reason.

I’ve been trying the basics like sleep, exercise, cutting back caffeine but I still feel like my mood and stress levels are harder to manage than they used to be.

I’ve looked into things like magnesium, ashwagandha, theanine, ginseng, etc. but there are so many options it’s hard to know what actually helps.

Has anyone found supplements that genuinely made a noticeable difference for stress, mood or energy levels?

What’s actually helped you with stress, sleep and feeling mentally drained?

I've been feeling kind of mentally exhausted lately not like physically tired but more like constant stress, overthinking and poor recovery even after sleep.

I've already tried the usual stuff like improving sleep routine, working out regularly, cutting caffeine late in the day, etc. it helps a bit but doesn’t fully fix it.

now i’m looking into supplements, but the space feels overwhelming:
ashwagandha, magnesium, l-theanine, rhodiola… everyone says something different.

just curious, has anyone actually found something that noticeably helped with:
- stress / anxiety levels
- sleep quality
- mental energy during the day

would appreciate real experiences more than general recommendations.
