Basically I have been working at Kumon which is a tutoring center for around a year now and its a fast paced but really short hours (3h a day). with this job market that's all I could find. since I am a student I only get under minimum wage which is not really great. its strict and there is so much work to do for the little pay.

last week my manager did not give me my normal 14h a week and only gave me 3h which is one shift. I sent him a message asking why and he tells me he will tell me when he sees me next. I said okay and today he came into work. I go to him and ask him if he could tell me. he basically raised his voice and said he doesn't like the way I work. I asked him what did I do wrong so I could do better and he said "uh ummmm I will let you know next time". I told him ok. then he said "will you be staying with us for a long time". this question caught me off guard because I will not. I am moving in 4 months and only my friends from work know that. he then says that there is no point in me staying with them if I will not be there for a long time. I told him no I am staying because he doesn't need to know things about my life and he says are you sure that you will not be leaving and I told him no. he was talking really loud so the whole classroom was listening. Its like he was trying to embarrass me . he is known for being rude and the google reviews always mention that. I then go back to my seat and people ask me what happened but I don't say anything.

after that, my friend tells me that a girl at work overheard us talking about me moving last week and it just so happens to be his niece. she works there on a work visa sponsored by him and is currently trying to get her PR. I heard that a way to get it is by getting a superviser position. I was then wondering if she overheard it and told him about it and now is trying to take my position so she can get her permanent residence. (I forgot to mention that he gave her my shifts).

she came to me and asked me if I was mad at her because I wasn't talking to her. I told her I don't know what you are talking about.

I was telling my family about this and they had mixed feelings. one said I should just let her take it and keep quiet. an other said I need to do something because that is not nice for me. I also need this job since I am going to college and have to pay by myself.

please let me know and im sorry for my English its not my first language.
