I had an excision surgery planned, but my surgeon informed me that she’s moving to another city, so I need to cancel the procedure. My options now are either to follow her to the new clinic or to try Lupron first. However, I’ve read that Lupron may not be sufficient for stage 4 endometriosis with adenomyosis and is typically more effective in milder cases. If I choose Lupron, could that mean wasting an embryo with stage 4 endo + adeno? My hubby wants to try Lupron first, but I feel like it could be a waste of time and embryos.

Has anyone with stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis had success with Lupron?
