Can anybody offer any advice on this? I’m looking to get off 7 and back on subs

Does anybody have an effective taper schedule for 7oh? My plan is to taper down and then go to subs. I’m not looking for feedback on subs. I was on them for a while and it works for me. Anyway, if anybody has an effective taper schedule please let me know!

Hey everyone. Has anybody here had success with tapering down off of 7oh? Want to get off of it asap but have to work so I’m looking to minimize withdrawals as much as possible. Which I know isn’t easy. I have Suboxone as well, but I’m pretty sure I know how that fits into all of this. Any input that is well intentioned is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone in advan
