This single scene feels more real than 90% of indian movies.
The thing I find intresting is how naturally a foreign director captured Indian love and awkwardness. Not the overly cinematic slow motion romance.. No forced dialogues...just silence, expressions, shyness which is more realistic in rural india and small towns. Life of pi was trulty a gem 💎
