i got pulled into the office saying that i can’t nil pick exceptions anymore or else ill get in trouble. i hear from the other two exception pickers they got told the same thing. i do everything i can before i nil something. when i ask for help it’s like a 50/50 that someone’s gonna be nice and help or someone’s going to be rude to me. also sometimes…. it’s genuinely not there idk. am i gonna get fired.
so i’m in gmd/ip and i need my printer to print labels. someone from another department i genuinely dot know who he is comes in and takes the battery out of my printer when i go to get an L cart i literally looked away for like 5 seconds man. i asked him “did you just take the battery out of my printer?” and he replied “no im trying to find a battery to use” then i look at my printer and hes already gone and i had to go to the back room where there were plenty on the charger to chose from. then the fashion coach is in the gmd room asking where i am and why im not staging like bruh leave me alone. then earlier today im on exceptions i vizpicked and i was about to stock it on the self and another associate says i can’t do that and takes it away from me. i’ve literally always been told to stock what i pick why are you yelling at me maam. i just don’t get it im so annoying with everyone and i wanna cry from the stress. idk why i work so hard to only be told im not doing something well enough. you never get positive feedback at this job and the one team lead who was genuine and nice and cared quit yesterday. i dread coming here now
