context: i ordered something that i really needed urgently (my fault ik) then nung i saw na it still wasnt preparing to be shipped the day after i cancelled it na. nasanay kasi ako na shops would prepare to ship it the day after. then, when i already filed for a refund and successful na raw, nakita ko na it was already preparing to be shipped na pala? when the refund was “successfully done” na raw i immediately checked my gcash (what i used to pay) wala nagreflect sakin. usually i get it agad once naka state na successfully processed na. what to do next? it has been 4 days still no progress, already filed a report na rin sa both shopee and gcash :(
