Hiii so, most of the best hires I've seen came from "someone who knows someone", not job boards. But there's no real way to reward that chain. Usually only one person gets credit, everyone else who helped gets nothing.

So, I built Applyhere. It turns a role into a shareable email with a bounty. People forward it around, and if a hire happens, the payout flows through the referral chain. Kept it email-first so there's no signup friction.

Still early figuring things out (cold start+messy workflows are real)

Would love your honest feedback!!!

I'm building two products: Applyhere and Viberoom

Applyhere is a task-based hiring (replaces resume screening)

Viberoom is an AI quiz battle. Paste content, AI generates quiz and play instantly w ur team. no question writing needed.

It both solve real problem, but I'm hitting a wall getting that first cohort of paying users.

Applyhere target: recruiters, hiring managers and staffing agencies

Viberoom target: teachers, trainers, team leads and study group.

Getting interest/engagement but struggling to convert to actual users.

what am I missing?🥹 what would make you actually USE these tools? vs just saying "cool idea"?🥹

I'm open to honest feedback on positioning, messaging, or go-to-market strategy🙏🏻

Hi everyone, I'm running a quick 15-20mins interactive quiz on Paul Graham's essay about early-stage startup strategy.

Looking for 5 or more people to join the live session. No prep needed.. just answer the questions and compete with other participants

Testing a new quiz format (multiplayer battles instead if traditional quizzes)

Comment "In" if interested and I'll send you the link if the game.

This is FREE, no strings. Just an experiment🙏🏻
