I’m currently entitled to 22 days annual leave + 4 days family leave at my current company. I’m not married by the way, but the family leave can still be used.

This is actually my first job, and I’ve started looking around for new opportunities. I noticed that the majority of companies I’m seeing are only offering around 14 days of annual leave.
