Hello! I can't seem to type on the Research plan pdf file like I could on the Application form. Are we suppose to print it out and then write on it? I have downloaded it directly from the embassy page so I don't what could be wrong.
I am really late in terms of finding out about MEXT scholarship and wanted to know how do people figure out what universities/programs they want to go to if there isn't a separate list of which specific courses MEXT scholarships cover?
I am personally trying to go into a more techno-political field after doing International Relations for my Bachelors. Or public policy in technologies. I'm from Pakistan if that helps.
I don't get how people can make a research plan without knowing what programs they are potentially applying. I would be really thankfull if someone can get me up to speed.
