It was a flash game on I think it was Y8 or Friv. As the title says, you play as a tribal looking dude floating down a river fighting a multitude of dinosaurs and extinct creatures, where the final boss is a gigantic mechanical brown tortoise and you fight it inside a cavern, and as the fight drags on, assuming you're winning, the tortoise shell falls apart revealing gears.
