I bought a Switch 2 in January and since then, I had my eye on getting Super Mario Bros Wonder. I always prefer getting digital instead of physical as I hate switching cartridges. But it seems like the only good deals I can find on this game are the physical copies.

Is there any chance this game will ever go on sale digitally? Or should I just buy the physical?

“Resident Evil Requiem” looks like an awesome game so I’m anxious to try it out. However the price is still high at $69.99. If this were a first party game, I’d likely grab it at that price since first party games are less likely to drop in price. But since this is a third party game, I’m sure it will drop at some point. But of course, the question is how long I have to wait, lol.

So what do you think? Is it worth getting “Resident Evil Requiem” now for $69.99 or wait for a price drop?

My pastor makes this very very clear at our parish that people need to arrive on time for mass. According to him, strolling in as late as 5 mins is unacceptable and he says it voids your mass attendance. He said if you cannot make it on time for a specific mass, we need to attend another mass we can make it on time for.

Well this Thursday is Ascension Thursday and a Holy Day of Obligation. The church near my job closed so all other churches require a special subway ride to get to. None of the churches near my work area offer evening mass. My parish near my house offers 7pm mass in the evening. I get out of work at 6pm which gives me exactly an hour to commute there. And the subway ride is exactly one hour too, lol. So if I have subway delays, I will be late. I remember last year during Immaculate Conception, I had to literally sprint to the church after I got off the train because the subway was delayed. I was running like a lunatic outside! And I even tried leaving work a little early too to arrive to mass on time. It was so stressful!! I can’t believe that being legitimately late to mass voids your attendance! With the cutting down of masses due to the priests shortage, you would think the church would be more understanding. Why does lateness automatically void your mass attendance, even if you had the full intention of making it on time?

I love my Switch 2 and what I like about it is that I’ve been loving almost every first party game that’s hyped up. Whether it be Metroid Prime, DK Bananza, Mario Kart World, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario Galaxy 1 &2, and Luigi’s Mansion 3. But then came Zelda- Breath of the Wild. People say it’s the best game ever created. Having never played a Zelda game before, I decided to give it a try. And having put more than 15 hours into this game, I find this game very tedious! And rather than finding it fun, I’m finding it a chore. The game requires a lot of exploration, trial and error in order to progress. Not to mention that you try to make progress like climbing a mountain, only to realize you don’t have enough stamina to make it. So that’s a lot of time wasted there. And this is the problem, you try to make progress and then realize you don’t have the required upgrade and need to shift your plans to do something else. And this delays your progress after you spent so much time. So sometimes you could literally spend 2-3 hours and accomplish nothing. And considering how lengthy this game is, investing that much time to accomplish nothing is exhausting.

I can certainly see why many people like this game as it’s full of exploration and many people can find that fun. But for me, I’m finding it very tedious, exhausting and a chore to get through. Thankfully I bought the physical copy, so I’m on the verge of selling it as I cannot invest anymore time on this game. I spent so much time on it and have a long way to go, and I can’t deal with it anymore. I’m probably the only person in the world that feels this way about this game, so I conclude that maybe there’s something wrong with me.

Last time I played GTA Vice City was when I was 17 years old when I had a PS2. I’m finally revisiting the game now since I bought a Switch 2 earlier this year and bought the Definitive Edition when it was on sale recently. Surprisingly, I remember struggling with Demolition Man when I played it as a teenager, but somehow breezed through it on the Definitive Edition, probably because of the improved controls. But oh man, I just beat the final story mission today, Keep Your Friends Close. I forgot just how damn hard this mission is. Killing the guys while guarding the safe was the easy part, but once you get to the roof to kill Lance, all hell breaks loose. As soon as you enter the roof, you’re out in the open with very few places in gain cover. And all these dudes are shooting at you with powerful weapons. And not sure if my Definitive Edition was glitching, but Lance didn’t seem to die after shooting at him like 10 times on the roof. So I kept failing the mission. But once I was able to waste him, then came the next hard part… killing Sonny. Too many people shooting at you with powerful weapon. A few shots and you’re dead. You try to cover yourself behind a wall, but it’s impossible to quickly peep out of your cover to shoot at these guys because their aim at you is impeccable. After many many attempts and a great deal of patience, I managed to beat this mission today. I don’t know how people find this game easy, but gosh, this mission was very very very hard. And it’s possible that maybe I just did it the hard way and didn’t properly strategize.

But despite the difficulty, this game is still as awesome as I remember it to be. I still think it’s the best GTA game ever created!!

When you using the “Pedestrians attack you” cheat code, the pedestrians start attacking you for no reason. Walk in front of a cop and have these pedestrians attack you in front of the cop, and the cop does nothing!! Hit the pedestrians back, and you get a 1 star wanted level and the cop goes after you!! What’s up with that? Why are the cops going after me for fighting back & defending myself but doesn’t go after the other pedestrians attacking me?? That is so messed up!!

I’m trying to find some swim shorts for men that I can wear to my beach trips this summer. The issue is, most swim shorts on the market are all high waisted and I prefer a low rise style instead. But they seem to be hard to find. Does anyone know of any swim shorts out there for men that have a low rise style?

I mostly use Microsoft Teams for work, so I’m not fully aware of how it works when used for personal use. But my cousin has to deal with some legal battles in her country. As an alternative to flying all the way there to settle the matter, she has the option of joining their video conference via Microsoft Teams. Unfortunately she only has Office Home, which doesn’t include the Teams license. So she probably needs the Office 365 subscription, I presume. If she subscribes to the Office 365 Personal plan, will that suffice for her to use Teams and join these video conferences? Or does she need to subscribe to a different 365 plan?

I already played these three GTA games (GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas) on PS2. I had a lot of fun with them but oh man, I thought some of those missions were intense and difficult. I see the trilogy is on sale for $19.79 on the eShop. Was wondering if I should go ahead and buy it, but I don’t know if I have the patience to go through these intense missions again. I remember struggling so much with them as a teenager on the PS2, lol. What are your thoughts? Should I get it for 19.79 while it’s on sale?
