The last day is tomorrow and I’m not sure how to go about this situation? I don’t believe I should be paying any excess amount and want to know if anyone had a similar experience and how it was handled. I’m going to call the specialist tomorrow morning to get in contact asap because I don’t know if shops eventually give in or they push back.
